Easy Seafood Lumpia Recipe
One of our favorite finger foods to eat is lumpia, which is a type of southeast Asian spring roll that is popular in Filipino and Indonesian cuisine. These bite-sized goodies are made of thin flour wrappers filled with chopped veggies and minced meat and deep-fried to crisp perfection. These party-perfect snacks are always a guest favorite, and we’re excited to share Chef Erwin’s version made with Ayam’s sardines in tomato sauce. The sardines add a sweet and savory flavor to the lumpia. Bring these to your next get-together, and you’ll be sure to leave empty-handed!
