Crafting the Menu

Created by Chef Erwin Tjahyadi, the Komodo menu is a melting pot of California’s multicultural and rich culinary heritage. A mix of street food influences, Chef Tjahyadi’s penchant for Cali-Mexican cuisine and his Southeast Asian background- Komodo’s menu is truly one of a kind.

“Intriguing”, “amazing” burritos and tacos “loaded with stuff” plus “out-of-this-world” meatballs and truffle fries add up to “mobile lunch bliss” for fans of this roaming Eclectic whose “unusual” Asian-Cal-Mex fusion incorporating flavors from Indonesia and Singapore makes it “one of the most creative trucks in LA”; the Mid-City storefront offshoot offers the same “tasty mix of cuisines”.
